Rerolling

Rerolling is a popular practice in Genshin Impact, as it allows players to increase their chances of winning the best characters and weapons. It involves creating a brand new account, and taking advantage of launch rewards or pre-registration. This gives the player another chance to win random items. This isn't completely risk-free.

The player is then able to select up to six items to be used for "recycling". The item will be given an upgrade component that is with a random rarity, level, and stat.

Once the item is rerolled, the player must pay a cost to complete the process. The cost will increase based on the rarity and quality of the upgrade component. The player then has to repeat the process to unlock further upgrades.
